Lumos vinyl window frames and sash extrusions are guaranteed against blistering, peeling, flaking, cracking, or severe color fading under normal atmospheric conditions for the lifetime of the original property installation.

2. Insulated Glass Unit (IGU) Seal

Our dual and triple-glazed sealed glass units are warranted against seal failure resulting in dust accumulation or internal condensation (fogging) between glass panes for a full lifetime duration.

3. Operating Hardware & Locks

All casement operators, hinges, multi-point lock mechanisms, and double-hung balancers are covered against mechanical manufacturing defects.

4. Installation Workmanship

Installation performed by certified Lumos technicians is warranted to be airtight, structural, and weather-resistant according to Ontario Building Code standard specifications.
